My name is Peter Lang and I'm the owner of Lang Holztrep pen. We produce stairs, mainly wooden stairs.

What are your daily challenges?

Production, measuring, manufacturing and assembly of wooden staircases.

Why did you choose iMapper?

Because there were always uncertainties when the measurements were taken, or when measurements are taken and a project is started later, it's necessary to return to the site and take new measurements.

What was it like before iMapper?

Before using iMapper, we used to take measurements with a laser at normal distance with a point, and that works, but it's difficult, it's a lot of work, then you have to digitize the survey and that's a lot of work, there's a lot of work.

What's the situation now?

I'm more confident in my measurements, i.e. if I've missed any, I can easily extract them from the scans I've taken with iMapper or from iMapper's software.

What would you say to companies to convince them to use iMapper?

iMapper is an interesting tool offering high performance Compared with expensive laser measuring devices, I find iMapper a cheap and reliable alternative. The iMapper has become my companion, which I use at the start of every project. It saves time, increases precision and therefore saves money.
